Russian finance minister calls for higher pension age

Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov says the pension age should be raised. The minister said so while addressing the attendees of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Thursday, Ekho Moskvy reports.

 

The pension age in Russia is 55 years for women and 60 years for men, which is lower than in the majority of European countries
