A top representative of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces stated at the third Moscow Conference on International Security that the General Staff has information that dozens of foreign mercenaries are acting on the side of the Kiev authorities in Ukraine.
Earlier, the Russian envoy to the OSCE, Andrew Kelin, stated at the session of the Permanent Council of the organization that there were no Russian raiders in Ukraine, but that US mercenaries were coordinating Ukrainian law enforcers in the Southeast.
