Sergei Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of Russia, stated at the Moscow Conference on International Security that color revolutions are a threat to stability in the world, RIA Novosti reports.
“Attempts to impose certain recipes of internal changes on nations, without consideration of their traditions and ethnic peculiarities, dealing with “democracy export” – these activities influence destructively the international relations and turn into new hot spots all over the world,” the minister stressed.
