Ramazan Abdulatipov, the head of the Republic of Dagestan, and Georgy Poltavchenko, the governor of St. Petersburg, have signed a protocol on the treaty on trade and economic, scientific and technical, and cultural cooperation between St. Petersburg and Dagestan at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The protocol defines the Plan of Joint Activity for 2014-2018, which touches on a wide circle of issues – from cooperation in the sphere of culture and education, to industrial cooperation.
