The head of North Ossetia has signed a decree making September 10 a
day of mourning in the republic for the victims of the terrorist
attack in the central market of Vladikavkaz, RIA Novosti reports.
Families whose relatives died in the terrorist attack will receive 1
million rubles, the injured will receive from 200 000 - 400 000
rubles, Russian Minister of Healthcare and Social Development Maxim
Topilin said at a council with the Russian president, Dmitry Medvedev,
head of North Ossetia Taymuraz Mamsurov and head of the Russian
Ministry of Emergencies Sergey Shoygu.
The suicide bomber activated an explosive device equal to 30-40 kg of
