Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has met Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Azerbaijan today, Trend reports.
Aliyev emphasized the importance of meetings of the foreign ministers of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan as an efficient format to discuss cooperation in the political, economic and other sectors. Davutoglu noted the importance of the Turkey-Azerbaijan-Iran, Turkey-Azerbaijan-Georgia and the Turkey-Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan cooperation formats.
