The Ukrainian military and the pro-Russian rebels in the Eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk have declared a ceasefire, Donetsk Mayor Alexander Lukyanenko told a press conference today.
The Ukrainian military were trying to retake the city yesterday. As a result they managed to push the rebel forces deep into the city.
