Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated the Azerbaijani president on the Day of the Republic. He noted the positive development of relations based on the principles of good neighbourliness, mutual respect and strategic partnership, AzerTAG reports.
Putin expressed confidence that cooperation within the framework of bilateral relations and CIS integration mechanisms would meet the interests of both states and enforce global and regional security and stability.
