Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov said today that a memorandum on construction of a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan’s Kurchatov will be signed in Astana, RIA Novosti reports.
Rosatom Director General Sergey Kiriyenko will visit Astana to sign the document.
