Wolfgang Ischinger, a special envoy of the OSCE, said that the OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine may be cancelled due to the unsafe situation in the south-eastern part of the country, ITAR-TASS reports.
Four observers from Estonia, Turkey, Switzerland and Denmark went missing on Monday evening. The OSCE cannot contact them.
