Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at a meeting with the leaders of Russia and Belarus that the treaty on formation of the Eurasian Economic Union was ready for signing and meets the interests of all sides, RIA Novosti reports.
In his words, the document has historic significance. It reflects the principles of equality, territorial integrity and respect for political statehood.
Nazarbayev added that it has a point on Armenia’s joining the Eurasian Union. He noted that Kyrgyzstan has approved the road map to join the Customs Union and needs help.
