Oleksandr Turchynov, the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament and the acting president of the country, said today that the Ukrainian Central Electoral Commission has processed 100% of the electronic ballots. According to the results, Petro Poroshenko won the presidential polls of May 25 with 54.7% of the votes.
Turchynov added that that Kiev had a new mayor, according to preliminary data, and urged MPs to congratulate Vitaly Klitschko on his new post.
