Georgia is going to improve its democratic record at the coming local elections, the country's Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani says. The polls have recently been discussed by the minister and members of the delegation of the Council of Europe that is going to monitor the elections.
'They will be able to judge how Georgian democracy is developing. Our progress is indeed remarkable. The opposition is free to express its position and campaign," the Georgian minister is quoted as saying by Trend.
