Russia sent an offer to Kiev on May 28, offering medicaments. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry rejected the offer on May 29, RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed surprise with the rejection and urged Kiev to permit deliveries of humanitarian aid to the eastern regions.
