Russian parliament honors memory of Vladikavkaz blast dead

Deputies of the Russian State Duma have honored the victims of the
terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz with a minute of silence, RIA Novosti
reports.

At least 17 people died in Thursday's suicide bombing. Three suspects
have already been arrested.

The head of 'Just Russia' fraction Nikolay Levichev expressed
condolences on behalf of his party members to the relatives and
parents of the victims.

He said that the tragedy in North Ossetia is another demonstration of
the uncivilized ideology of terrorism, which is aimed against innocent
people - children, women and the old.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev earlier told the head of North
Ossetia Taymuraz Mamsurov that the authorities would spare no effort
to arrest the people responsible for the terrorist attack.

The head of FSB Alexander Bortnikov, who was ordered by the president
to go to North Ossetia, later said that three suspects have already
been arrested.
