Governor of Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov has ordered executives to distribute free places in regional education centers and took the Unified State Exam under his personal control, Interfax reports.
The governor noted that it was unacceptable for low-skilled students to take up free places at education centers, squeezing talented people out. Vladimirov called on functionaries to make the Unified State Exam safe, transparent and unbiased.
