The EU will sign the economic part of the association agreement with Ukraine when Kiev is ready to do so, a spokesman for the European Commission said."We expect that this will happen soon, even though a formal date has yet to be determined. We will be ready to sign it as soon as Ukraine addresses us," he said."The document is ready for signing.
