NATO will not be considering the granting of Action Plan for NATO membership to Georgia at the next summit in Wales, Angela Merkel said.
Instead it will think about gratifying Georgia as a fine partner.
The next summit of NATO will be held from September 4-5, 2014 in South Wales.
