The OSCE has decided to decrease the number of its observers in the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, which are now the centre of vehement clashes between the Ukrainian military and local rebel forces.
However, the OSCE is going to continue monitoring the situation in Eastern Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
