Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hassan Qashkavi is attending a ceremony of the opening of the first center issuing electronic visas for Afghanis in Kabul. He expressed satisfaction with relations of Iran and Afghanistan in the political, economic and cultural sectors and expressed hope for their further development, Trend reports.
In his words, Iran wants to see Afghanistan turn into a prosperous, free and stable country.
