Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed readiness to meet his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama, RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian leader believes that the U.S. has the most aggressive and cruel policy in the world. Putin reminded that Russia had hardly any forces left abroad and pointed out that there were American forces were all over the world and American bases were built a thousand kilometers away from the U.S. border.
