The Kremlin does not see the need to create new territorial ministries, the head of the presidential administration, Sergei Ivanov said today at a meting with the heads of Siberia.
"In some regions of the country that we call "special" - the Far East, the North Caucasus and Crimea - a slightly different structure has developed: there is a minister, a deputy prime minister and an envoy. We not find it necessary for Siberia, as well as for other federal districts at the moment," ITAR-TASS quotes him as saying.
