Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Europe had made a strategic mistake by choosing the U.S. as its ally. In his words, the U.S. will backstab European countries sooner or later, Trend reports.
Khamenei noted that Iranians should not fear U.S. aggression after the losses it had suffered in Iraq and Afghanistan. The leader admitted that Iran was in one of the most complicated stages of foreign confrontation in its history.
