Dagestani authorities will pay 25,000 rubles for Dragunov sniper rifles and machine guns, 20,000 rubles for submachine guns, 15,000 rubles for pistols and revolvers, 2,000 rubles for explosives handed over voluntarily by local residents, ITAR-TASS reports.
The operation is part of the three-year regional program to maintain order and prevent crime.
