Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Alasania has denied rumours that Georgia is planning to place an anti-missile system on its territory."I emphasize once again, we are talking about an air defense system, which is aimed at defense only and has nothing to do with anti-missile systems," Georgia-News quotes him as saying.Earlier, spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Lukashevich said that Georgia is planning to place an anti-missile defense system in the country.

"I emphasize once again, we are talking about an air defense system which is aimed at defense only and has nothing to do with anti-missile systems," Georgia-News quotes him as saying.

 

Earlier, spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich claimed that Georgia is planning to place an anti-missile defense system in the country.
