After a visit to a camp of Ukrainian refugees in the Rostov region today, the secretary general of the OSCE, Lamberto Zagner, declared that decisions on the situation in Ukraine have to proceed from the people.Zagner said meeting with people was particularly important, providing the opportunity to listen to the different parties in the conflict. In addition, he noted that it is important to explain to people tge role of the international community in the course of a resolution of the conflict."There is no uniform unique decision which would make the international community to resolve the situation.
