It's too soon to send peacekeeping mission to Ukraine, Russian FM says

It is too soon to discuss the necessity of sending an international peacekeeping mission to Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti. 

 The Russian cabinet member also calls on Ukraine's newly-elected President Petro Poroshenko to stop the bloodshed immediately.
