The airport of Gelendzhik, in Krasnodar Territory, which stopped
operating due to winds reaching 25 m/s, has resumed operating,
Gazeta.ru reports.
Four military training planes took off at 12:15 and started fulfilling
their part in the program of the ‘Gidroaviasalon-2010’ show in the bay
of Gelendzhik.
Vestnik Kavkaza reported earlier that the airport was ready for
arrivals and departures of aircraft but stopped work due to heavy
winds. Yesterday the airport was unable to serve 11 flights and had 2
others delayed for 24 hours.
