The governor of the Dnepropetrovsk region, Igor Kolomoysky, has proposed constructing a wall along the Russian-Ukrainian border.Kolomoysky suggests building on the the border a continuous metal fence made of high-strength steel with barbed wire through which will pass an electric current.These engineering constructions will have to be stretched over 1920 km on the territory of the Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov regions.The cost of constructing such a wall is estimated at 50 million euros. Financing of this project would be provided at the expense of charitable foundations.
