Lugansk People’s Republic says South Ossetia recognizes its independence

The head of the self-declared Lugansk People’s Republic, Valery Bolotov, stated that South Ossetia has recognized its independence.

Interfax cites Bolotov: “Tomorrow we will appoint the ambassador of the Lugansk People’s Republic to South Ossetia.”
