Three countries of Central Asia - Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan - are going to re-establish a joint energy system, head of the Barki Tochik energy holding's Reconstruction and Privatization Department Uyguloy Khodzhayeva is quoted as saying by Avest.tj.


According to her, such a system will be especially beneficial for Tajikistan, which is facing severe problems concerning power supplies.
