A second round of the mayoral elections is going to be held in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi, as the frontrunner from the ruling Georgian Dream coalition David Narmania received only 46.13 percent of the vote.
Nika Meliya, the candidate from the opposition United National Movement party founded by former president and one of the leaders of the Georgian revolution Mikheil Saakashvili, came second.
The first round of voting was held on Sunday.
