The UN Security Council is to discuss a draft resolution on Syria submitted by Russia. The resolution suggests that four humanitarian corridors should be established in Syria in order to deliver humanitarian aid through its borders.
Russia's envoy to the UN Vitaly Churkin says he hopes the resolution will be supported by other members of the Security Council, RIA Novosti reports.
