Iran puts forward proposal for a resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

The authorities in Teheran have put a proposal to the conflicting sides on how to resolve the problem of Nagorno-Karabakh. This was announced today, at a press conference held in Teheran, by the head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Manouchehr Mottaki, reports TREND,
quoting MEHR. "We hope the sides will take positive steps to resolve  the conflict", he said.
