Dismissal won’t save Deshchytsia from confessing, Kadyrov says

The decision by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to dismiss acting Foreign Minister Andrei Deshchytsia, who earlier insulted Russian President Vladimir Putin, was positively appraised by the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who emphasized that it wouldn’t relieve the foul-mouthed minister of responsibility for the insult.
