The Ukranian President Petro Poroshenko told the Russian leader Vladimir Putin by phone about key points of his peacemaking plan for the East of Ukraine.Poroshenko’s plan contains 14 provisions. He said that he would order a ceasefire in the East and declare an amnesty, while local rebels would have an opportunity to lay down arms and leave Ukraine.
