13 generals and 70 officers who were released by the Constitutional Court of Turkey yesterday can be reinstated in service. The General Headquarters of Turkey approved their return.
Yesterday the Constitutional Court ruled that the rights of 230 convicts had been violated and they should be retried. The court verdict was in accordance with the prosecutor’s plea, which demanded the suspension of the execution of sentences and the retrial of the convicts.
