Russia has closed two check-points at the Russian-Ukrainian border, the head of the Federal Security Service's Border Department's office in the Rostov Region, Vasily Malayev is quoted as saying.
The Novoshakhtinsk and Donetsk check-points have been closed after a violent clash between the Ukrainian military and the rebel forces in the Luhansk region, close to the Russian border.
