According to it, the most important Dagestan event in the context of “May orders” in the system of state management was an extended meeting of the republican government on socio-economic development of Dagestan in 2013.The Ministry of Economic Development of Dagestan contributed to the republic’s success by implementation of the project of Effective State Management.
