The Supreme Court of Ukraine found Julia Tymoshenko not guilty in the so-called “gas case”, according to her lawyer Sergei Vlasenko.According to the court decision, the government of Ukraine has no power to ratify guideline documents on economic entities. It means that Tymoshenko’s directions to the delegation of Naftogas in negotiations on contracts for gas imports couldn’t be considered as abuse of power.
