President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko welcomes the address by the Russian leader Vladimir Putin to the Federation Council to cancel the approval for launching troops to the territory of the country.
Poroshenko thinks it is the first practical step by the Russian president on official support for the peace plan of Ukraine on settling the situation in Donbas.
