Three special economic zones are going to be established in Russia's North Caucasian republic of Chechnya, Chechen Minister of Economy and Trade Sultan Agayev is quoted as saying by ITAR-TASS.
One of them is set to produce automobiles, the second one is expected to serve as a resort and the third one as a port, the minister explains.
