Russia wants OSCE to expand monitoring mission in Ukraine

 

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexey Meshkov said that Russia wanted the OSCE to expand its monitoring mission in Ukraine to 500 people, ITAR-TASS reports.The deputy minister reminded that 12 Russian specialists were part of the mission. In his words, the OSCE requested Russia to increase their number to 40 people.Meshkov noted that the U.S. wanted to impose sanctions against Russia for any possible reason.
