The parliament of the Union of the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Luhansk adopted the body's constitution today, RIA Novosti reports. The bill was passed unanimously, the news agency informs.
The People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk were established this year by pro-Russian rebels in Ukraine's Donetsk and Luhansk Regions.
