Kyiv's attempts to declare ultimatum to rebels are unacceptable, Russia says

The Russian Foreign Ministry says that attempts made by the authorities in Kyiv to declare an ultimatum to the rebels are unacceptable, RIA Novosti reports Thursday night.

This position was voiced by Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin during his meeting with British Ambassador to Russia Tim Barrow held in Moscow today, the ministry says in a statement.
