South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has summoned the Security Council to consider the request to recognize the “Donetsk People’s Republic,” Interfax reports.The request was made by Denis Pushilin, the head of the Supreme Council of the inexistent state.South Ossetia recognized the “Lugansk People’s Republic” last week.
