Kyrgyz government and opposition trying to negotiate

Kyrgyz  government and opposition arrange to start negotions table, said State Councilor for Defense, Security, Law and Order Elmurza Satybaldiev, reports RIA Novosti, referring to the Kyrgyz news agency "24.kg"
However, there according to the new information ,  protesters  continue seizing governmental buildings in various regions of Kyrgyzstan.
The protesters stormed the parliament and now are trying to occupy the first floor, RIA Novosti reports.

The main demands of opposition concern  reduction of housing and communal services tariffs, termination of family-clan rule and  return of privatized strategic energy sector enterprises and telecommunication networks to state ownership.

However, the authorities detained all the opposition leaders last night, causing mass riots of the population. About half an hour ago it became known that the oppositionists were released.


In Bishkek, in the course of the riots 21 people have been killed, 142 injured, according to the agency "Kabar", referring to the Ministry of Health as of 17.40 local time.
