Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin said that a visa-free regime will be adopted with the EU in a year. The Council of the European Union started the second phase of implementation of the regime on Monday, ITAR-TASS reports.Ukraine needs to start issuing biometric passports.
