The Dagestani Public Chamber has asked the republic’s leader and parliament to ban production and sales of energy drinks. Shamil Khadulayev of the Chamber reminded that such bans have already been imposed in Chechnya and the Krasnodar Territory.
In his words, prosecutors, the Ministry for Justice and the Ministry for Economy and Territorial Development of Dagestan are opposed to the ban. The Public Chamber hopes for support from the youth parliament of Dagestan.
