OSCE PA President Ranko Krivokapic said at the 23rd summer session of the Assembly in Baku that the Baku Group will be formed within the framework of the organization to help resolve the Ukraine crisis, APA reports.He reminded that discussions of the idea had started at a meeting with Russian and Ukrainian MPs in Vienna in April.
